As soon as we receive your ‘Seller Questionnaire we will review your information and get back to you ASAP (usually within 24 to 48 hours depending on when you submit the information). If you don't hear back from us in a timely manner, please give us a call to be sure we received your information and that you are being taken care of right away.
Is it better to call you on the phone or contact you via your online Seller Questionnaire?
That is really up to you. However, we do think it would be easier for you if you complete our Seller Questionnaire first, then we can review your information, research your property, and discuss all the details with you when we call. Do you pay for referrals if I lead you to another house that you buy?
Yes indeed! Even if you don't need to sell your home, but you know someone who does, please refer them to us or have them give us a call. We'll pay you from $500 to $1000 for each house you refer to us that we buy! For more details, be sure to review our Referral Program.
If I give you information about my property, am I required to sell it to you?
Absolutely Not! By supplying your information you are giving us the details we need to make an informed offer on your property. We guarantee that your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. It is our company policy that your information and email address are never resold.
My real estate situation is terrible, can you really help me?
